1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged during delivery
• The item received is different from the item ordered

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical parts once installed
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
